Macys and Bloomingdales approval

Since I now have nothing but lates on my EX, I checked out some credit pull databases and based on my EX score of 625 and being in Missouri, it looked like I should apply for Macys and Bloomingdales.

Applied online, instantly approved for $300 CL on each.

Then this morning I get email saying I need to call. Thinking, great, computer messed up, really not approved.

Call them and they just needed to verify identity. After doing this, the guy says "looks like computer only gave you $300, we can raise that." Raised the Macys to $600 and Bloomingdale's $1000. WOW. Highest CLs on anything.

I feel special now.

Actually, feel like my hard work is starting to pay off.

I got both last September at the same time for $300 CL each and now am at $1k for Bloomies and $800 for Macys. Got 2 CLIs on both and spent no more than $500 combined on both since last September.

Re: Macys and Bloomingdales approval

Congrats Sidewinder! An initial CL of $600 with Macy's is big. My scores were quite high when I apped for Macy's back in 12/05 and my initial CL was $400.
