I hate doing things involving typing on small devices as well...I got the asus transfomer pad tablet just for that reason. Have a windows one and android. The android one is basically just an app platform for managing my cards and banks. Nice thing is the same dock services both tablets. Windows one is better for doing things on the web, but android has all the apps. Managed to grab both tabs and the 500gb dock for less than 300 bucks when they went on sale at newegg. Goofy system, but it gives me more flexibility plus full office.
I have a spreadsheet I made that outlines all my CCs with curent debt, total credit, APRs, min. payments, due dates, util, etc. on one side and all my bank accounts on the other so I can easily see how much money I owe and how much money I actually have + weekly logins to update everything and verify expenses (a little paranoid about that since several of my cards were skimmed a couple of months ago).

As of right now I only have four, but they'll be more in the future.
Only four? ![]()
TU thinks I have 49. ![]()
I have the cards together and set aside some time on the weekends to plot in a spreadsheet when they're due, how much, etc.
It depends on what you mean by "manage." If you're looking to find the best rewards in any given situation and thus keep track of which card to use, the best app I've found is Wallaby. My DW doesn't like checking it before she makes a purchase, so I made a small excel file, which I printed and put on a 3x5 index card for her to check.
If you're talking about making sure you're carrying a balance/not carrying a balance, I like Personal Capital. I've heard it referred to as Mint on steroids. It has all of my accounts, including banking, stocks, and IRA accounts, so I can look at my portfolio in the aggregate, rather than just by account. It also shows me when I'm not running a balance on a card, so I can use it to pick up something if I want to.
As with other people's systems, you can also see your incoming cash flows and outgoing transactions.

Excel and Mint. Don't overlook prior discussions as well for ideas.

Policies on closure due to inactivity can and do vary. Verfiy with each of your creditors.
I use quicken to handle all my accounts. I have about the same as creditaddict has, and never missed a payment on any of them.
Thank you everyone for your input and all of your suggestions. I think I'm going to sit down this weekend and get a bit more organized. I have 15 credit cards myself - never missed a payment, but some I don't use very often (less than once per year on some) so I want to make sure I'm rotating them in and out.
I am so blessed to have found this site and love all the help everyone offers! Thanks again guys!
