Added the Strata Elite card in September (3rd Citi card). Got an odd SL that just happened to equal $99,900 TCL. I'll ask for CLI in 3 months.
@cashorcharge I'm sitting at 63k. And I don't think I've reached my max yet. Waiting to try for another CLI in 3 months time. I will report back. I have 2 cards that I use regularly.

So you've got about $37K more to go before you hit the supposed $100K wall.
I have an update to my situation as it relates to my Citibank cards and total overall credit limit. As I posted previously, my cards with Citi were as follows:
42k - Mileup
50k - Mileup
17k - Strata Premier
109k - total personal limits at Citi
Also have a Citibusiness AA card I opened in October - $16k limit
I submitted an application for the Citi Strata Elite product and had to talk to someone in processing. They gave me two options:
1. Approve a new Strata Elite with only a $5k limit; or
2. Reduce my $50k Mileup card limit by $32,500k (to $17,500) and open the new Strata Elite with a $37,500 limit.
I asked if I could move a different amount or from another card and was told no.
I selected option 2, so my cards are as follows:
42k - Mileup
17.5k - Mileup (will likely be closing)
17k - Strata Premier (will likely be converting this to a Doublecash)
37.5k - Strata Elite
114k - total personal limits at Citi
Also have a Citibusiness AA card I opened in October - $16k limit
Just thought @Aim_High and others in this thread might find this interesting.

Thanks @JTDAVID.
So here's another theory. Interesting that JTDAVID reached an exact cap personal/business of $125K, so perhaps that is CITI's total lending limit, barring restrictions on income. And perhaps with significant CITI investments and/or high spend, they might waive that on a case-by-case basis. My other theory still stands, though, that the latest cap for new credit increases is closer to the $99.9K cap since it seems several lenders tend to limit their liability to around that level. But that existing clients who exceed that might be grandfathered-in and allowed to keep their limits.
