May be overextended with Synchrony bank

I have with Synchrony

Lowes - $14.000

Venmo - $10,000

Care Credi - $8800

Amazon Store Card - $5000

Papal Credit - $3400

Did a soft pull pre approval for Sam's Club and it only came back with $1200(I was just checking wasn't going to go for it)

My Fico 8's are Eq 772, TU 753, EX 761 as of today.

Fico 9's are EQ 751, TU 744, EX 763 as of today

I was wondering why the low SL, though all in all not to big of a deal.

If that little bit has you over extended with them then I'm toast because my Lowes and Amazon cards alone have more exposure than all 5 of your cards.

I personally don't think that's it. I've seen lots of folks with very good DP's get very low SL with the Sam's Club card. I think that's all it is.

I'm not terribly worried, but am not asking Synchrony for any new cards or CLIs right now.

That's not a low sl that's normal sl for Sync. Your sl isn't determined by your exposure though eventually it can affect your total exposure. You can't compare that limit to your others because everyone knows a Lowes limit can be inflated basically from approval where someone could have a 1k limit and within a week be 10k or in weeks/months, 25 or 35k. Most important is you were approved . Just tread carefully seeking too many cli as that usually draws attention to your account.
