Ok, after my wife and I had our little sprees last month, I have come to realize that more cards is NOT the answer. 2 months ago I had 5 cards and my wife had 4. Now we have 16 between the two of us (we each have our own BCE, Hilton, Savor, and Fidelity). Honestly, managing all these just plain sucks.
I'll have to keep some of them for a year in order to keep the SUBs, but I have already made a list of cards we are going to chop: REI, Hilton (x2), and Blue Business Cash for sure. Possibly the OnePay and More Rewards, too. Well, Depending on what Cap One does I suppose we could keep More Rewards and ditch the Savors. We'll see.
Anyone else feel the same as me? I just don't think the little bit extra % cash back is worth my time to keep up on these.
For me, MS Excel is my friend
If it weren't for that and a running PC, I would be lost keeping track of all the cards (in my sig).
