When I was answering a thread about why people might like the Citi DC, I remembered that Citi does APR reductions so I decided to ask today on my Rewards+. Card was at 19.49% and they dropped it to 16.24%!
But I wasn't really satisfied that number was what I truly deserved so I hopped right back on.
11.99% makes this card one of my lowest, only some CU cards are lower, and I'm thrilled! I guess Citi likes me now. 
ETA: Also it looks like this is 1.5% lower than they advertise for the card!
