My first prime preapproval by mail

So today I received my very first preapproval by mail from a prime lender.

I know, I know, not a big deal for most people.  Just junk mail.  But considering that just a year and a half ago I couldn't even get Orchard to give me the time of day, I always dreamed of the day that lenders like Citi would be asking for my business.

Got an offer today for the Citi-Flex LOC.  Not going to take them up on it at the moment, but it still gave me warm fuzzies.

Nice to be credit worthy, isn't it?  Smiley Happy
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Due to this place, I know pretty much what I would be approved for, and so I pick and choose what I want to apply for.  Apart from that, I think I have completed my portfolio with my Amex.  Now it is just CLI time!

Thanks, everyone, for the encouragement!

I'll opt out, too, as soon as I no longer consider myself to be in the rebuilding process.

Right now, I want to see my preapprovals so I can judge my progress based on the quality of the offers I get.

Sounds like a good plan to me.  Put it in the success stories thread!  Smiley Happy
