Apparently, the best direction for the OP might be to call Cap1, once the CC has a zero balance, to be clear with respect to exactly what the current status of the CC will be at that time. IMHO
There is clearly a fluid nature in terms of CCCs internal policies and policies related to the new CC laws. Who can truly say what a CCC will, in fact, do at any given future point in time.
