MyFico won't let me order!!

I went to order my Fico scores, and I got a message that said MyFico cannot confirm my identity (I wasn't aware that they even tried) and cannot allow me to order my scores.
 
What's this about>>>?

Either you have a Fraud alert-
And you just need to call MyFico or
The data you entered does not match.
