NFCU - 2nd Card Before 91+

Has anyone appd successfully for their 2nd card prior to having their 1st card less than 3 statements?

Yes, but I think I was the exception to the rule.

I didn’t have any luck and also didn’t have luck after getting my initial CLI on the first card either. I had to wait another 2 weeks before I got approved for the 2nd CC but they did give me my full $15k CLOC after the 90 days.
