NFCU.....PC + APR reduction success!

PC'ed my nRewards $15k , no AF, APR 16.99% to.....

 

Cash Rewards Visa Siggy 15.15% , no AF,  with chip-pin/sig

I just got one last month, not eligble yet, and Im not willing to spin the 50/50 wheel of HP to get another one. Ill try in 6 months or so, im good right now.

What's another inquiry when you're at 40, 50. Right? How often do they even do APR decreases? I have a Cash Rewards from a few years back that was originally approved at the basement rate (9.xx) and never really felt like pressing on them to lower it.

1st..more like 80, but who cares and whose counting right? Certainly not me.

 

2nd..your card is eligble once a year for apr reduction, but you got low rate to begin with, not sure how much lower they will or can go, but its worth a phone call Smiley Wink

oh...and my CLI last month WAS with a HP...so I squeaked that out..lol Smiley Wink

they told me last month you're always eligible on the birthday of your card and they'll go down to the minimum apr

I had never had one, I never asked because I didnt think Id be eligible for a few years until my scores were better.. Have had my card almost 2 yrs.
