I have had the lowest rate on Cash rewards for a couple of years i have two 2% cash back cards so it was no big deal to me so i called up Navy and asked about the rate before hand to PC to Platinum. I was after that 8.24% its official i got it.

Wow this is the first time I’ve heard of them lowering APR on a PC. They skyrocketed my APR from 11.9 to 17.24% when I PC’d my cashRewards to More Rewards. Congrats!
