National city Inq's more then CS

Which Inq count should I believe.

NC= EQ 14 Ex 18 TU 10
CS= 4 18 1

I don't have NCIP, so I don't know the format.  Does it list the actual inquiries for you?  If so, the answer of which to believe should be pretty straightforward.  Believe the report that has the inquiries you recognize!

Weird that they'd be so different, though.
