I sent a message Thursday asking Navy to Move $7500 from my goRewards to my CashRewards making Cashrewards $25k and goRewards $10k.
I received a response yesterday from someone (CLEARLY) NEW! they said that could not be done and if I wanted a credit line increase I could request online, blah blah.
So when I got in the car yesterday I called in and I said I have 2 requests!
He said and they are?
I said 1. I would like to PC my goRewards to the Platinum.
he said and 2.?
I said I want to move $7500 from my goRewards to my CashRewards.
He said I can help you with both in just a couple minutes!
I never even mentioned about the email!
he had me product changed in literally like 15 seconds and my APR dropped by like 1.74% (think I'm still around 15%, I'm hoping at my 1 year mark early next year they lower both apr's)
then for moving the credit line he said he would submit it for someone to do and he would set a watch for himself so if they had any questions or issues with doing it he could check with them and then get with me.... I just logged in though and BOTH things are done!
I have decided with navy if someone doesn't know, hang up and call back because they do have some people that work there that know the company they work for!

CA I recenlty was told when requesting an APR reduction that when you do a PC on a card it resets the 12 months to request another. Not sure if the CSR was right or not, just FYI
