Asking for cli --will it generate hard or soft pull--when does equifax report monthly hard inquiries--first time user---very appreciative of contributors--tu-717/eq-657

Hard pull unless imediatly approved throuugh the system and most likely equifax

txs--currently have nfcu platinum visa 7000--itching to apply for rewards/cash and navy check--should I apply for both at same time and will this generate 1 or 2 hpl's.  Navy check is it instant approval and if not do i need to send in income varification?
