Knowing the max credit exposure with NFCU is $100K combined between all credit accounts, I was sitting at $95K. I figured I still had 5K more left on the table, and I was right. Decided to try for a CLI on my Flagship CC (last cli was 08/2022), and asked for 5k more and it was instantly approved. Limit now sits at $40K. Ive been with NFCU for almost 10 years. My max exposure is the following:
Visa Platium- $45K
Flagship Visa- $40K
CLOC - $15K (this is max for this account)
Total exposure- $100K

Navy took it back today, LOL. darn it. Thats a stupid glitch in their system to even allow it to go over their $80K credit threshhold, and approve it. Even got the confirmation approval email a day later, LOL.. oh well. no harm, no foul

I thought the cap at Navy was a total of $80K across 3 cards. When did they raise the total limit? Are they allowing a 4th card or anything else I should know?
every DP of this eventually has the CLI pulled back if it's over $80k, hopefully the limit has been raised though, if not, their system should really be denying them

AFAIK they're still max for CLI @ $8k, I'd have tried for that and science.
