Navy Fed CLI question about 91/3

Hi,

I want to ask for a cli on my signature card but not sure on what day would be my 91/3. First statement came 6/12 so does that mean I can request an increase on 8/13 or would it be Sept 13?

I agree with this ☝. Or, at least make sure you have 3 full statements. 

My 1st statement had 25 days and counted as a full statement as an example.
