Navy Federal Balance Transfer (Existing Card)

I'm looking to take advantage of the Navy Federal balance transferto my Flagship card. I am transfering my existing balance from my Barclay Card. So if I were to transfer the balance to the Navy Federal card, where would my payments go? Do I have the option to allocate funds to my existing balance with my Navy Federal Credit card or to the amount that I transferred? Or... Do I have to pay my existing balance down first before my payments begin going toward the balance transfer amount?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your payments will go to the current amount owed until it's paid off. The transfer will show up at the bottom of the statement with the promo expiration date.
This is why I use this card only for transfers. That keeps things neat and clean. It's easier to track what's owed that way and how to avoid paying interest.

Where is it on the NFCU accounts page? I log in , it was there, now today its gone, not showing on mine and 4 other peoples accounts...  only on main page before you log in.

Members With Existing Navy Federal Credit Cards 
Sign in to your online account, select the "Transfers" tab and "Make Credit Card Balance Transfer" on the lower right side. Be sure to transfer your existing card balance before

By law, they can apply the minimum payment however they want. Typically, a bank will allocate it towards the lowest interest balance. Anything over the minimum payment must be allocated towards the highest interest rate balance.
