ugh... you mean the credit card underwriters would not have looked at the documents that were in the computer from car loan?

Maybe I should call back tomorrow and add the rest of my income and apply again!

I guess I will just wait 6 months.... I will be putting over 2k a month through the 1k secured credit card I have... surely that will get me something shortly down the road

nope, i guess they didn't .  & it was a separate pull, even though we applied for them at the same time.  ended up with 3 pulls & 1 cc.  we didn't like their interest rate.
