On  January 17th 2020 I was a approved for Navy nrewards card graduated on August 20th to the cash rewards which at that time changed it to the gorewards. Sent an e-message last week to change it to the Flagship which was confirmed that it was in process. This morning called csr to find out if I qualify for a rate reduction. I have gone from 18% apr to 14%. I have carried a balance twice. When i brought a desiel generator last summer for four months and this summer a refrigerator for two months that I paid off last week.

Re: Navy Federal

I was approved for cash rewards for 7k when I applied for nrewards secured I put 5k in. Did you request graduation to go rewards or was that automatic?
