Navy PC, HP or SP?

When doing a PC with NFCU, is it a HD or SP ?

Currently have the Cash Rewards card, but I dont have a rewards gas card and was thinking about the Go Rewards one instead to at least take advantage of my gas purchases.

Pretty sure its sp but if confused give them a call

I have done a couple Navy PCs and I didn't get the impression they did any credit pull at all. Definitely no HP.

I did not have a hard pull when I pc'd my CashRewards to Flagship a couple years ago. I don't think there was even a SP.

I called and PCd my Cash Rewards Visa after my secured nRewards graduated. It definitely was not a HP and no mention from the call center rep about a SP either.

Same for me as for everyone else. I definitely did not get an HP from doing a PC. It doesn't seem to be a SP either.
