Need a good backdoor number for Capital One...

looking to have some baddies from 2003 removed. I have current accounts with them now, and want to try to improve my score.

Try this backdoor number and post back - this is actually what people are using for CLI however, my neice just used it to remove a late and get interest rate decreased. 800-889-9939 and/or 877-513-9959.

pattycake, please do let us know how you did with them. I didn't have any luck when I called and tried to GW some lates with them. Hope you fare better!

Ok, tried this backdoor number. Requested the credit limit increase. Checked the internet to see if it was approved and found that Capital one reported that I requested the account to be closed. Trying to straighten this mess out. Any ideas?
