Need chase freedom card

I got denied for chase 2 months back because of short credit hostory and more inquiries. Now i want to apply for my wife who also has short credit history but only 3 inquiries.

She has cap1 with 300CL and 5 months old.

JCP with 600CL and 2 month old.

Recently got walmart with 300 CL not reported yet on files.

Overall she has AAoA of 3 months with total CL 900. I beleive chase will deny at this point. I was thinking to add her on my discover with 1500CL which will report on 16th on this month, this will bring AAoA down but bump up total CL and total no. of cards to 3 (walmart will report later).

What you guys suggest, any chance to get chase now? Or i have to wait for another 3 months and i dont want to wait..... Just crazy to see chase in my wallet..

It comes with cash back and $100 bonus. Also this will help improving credit history of my wife..

I'm sure in six months to a year, that offer will still be available. It has been for quite some time, and at times it was increased to $200 or even higher.

You need to wait 6 months after your denial with Chase. Don't app again until then, because you will be denied and she will gain another HP.

thats why i am not applying on my name. My wife has clean history, just wanted help if i need to put her into my discover or any chance of chase approval with whatever she has on her files?

Don't waste more pulls on Chase with such a short history.

Time is a part of building credit. We can't app our way to 800, LOL!

But her AAoA is only 3 months and very low CL with her current ones. I would suggest to wait even for her. Chase is not easy to get, I believe they want to see at least 1 year of history, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hold up. So if I am reading/following correctly, you want to apply, using her information...and then use the card for yourself?
