So who here has had a negative balance on a CC? It seems I must have had a little too much to drink last night and double payed my bill lol. It's my Cap One QS that I overpayed. Does anyone know if they can move that over to my Venture or do they only refund through check? It's not a big deal either way as I will just use the card in the future anyway so I'm just curious really.

I did a BT from wife's Venture to my Ring and it wound up with a negative balance. That didn't last long!
You can request a check. Or you can spend money that will bring it back to 0. If you dont do anything for a certain period of time then they will automatically cut a check for you. I would say just spend as you normally would, then you don't have to worry about paying the next round off.
Ya might want to go easy on the booze next time ![]()

LOL lucky me it's only like $200 negative as I really don't use this card much. I was really just curious what their procedure is.
Thanks everyone for advice. I'll just use it normally and not worry about it ![]()

LOL you've got it out for me today I see! Well as you see I now have much more than Cap1! If it makes you feel any better this card I'm referring to in this post mostly lives in the SD.
Oh yeah but I forgot to mention I do use my Venture as my main card... That might be a problem for someone over here ![]()
That negative balance might even trigger a new CLI. Who knows? Capital One has sure opened the CLI door a lot lately ![]()
