I don't see the point to posting this. It is all personalized whether you get these or not. I don't have any of those. Most of the Amex offers I get are completely worthless. Bank of America has much better offers for me.
They certainly aren't completly customized by any means.. Sure you have to have certain criteria, but alot of people will have gained benefit and have these offers so yes there is value although you might not have them, but this is meant for the community as a whole.
I am just the opposite 99% of BofA offers stink unless you enjoy junk (fast) food in my case with the majority of the offers I get from them with a rare occassion.. It probably comes down to the amex card you have as I have 5 so see alot of offers
@Credit-hoarder wrote:I have those offers on my business CC--but not on my personal CCs.
I believe you are correct on this at least in my case was on my business ones looking back at it, but was hoping some of the normal card holders being non business has them as well. Thanks for the correlation

+1 and I can attest to getting tens of thousands of MR points annually through their offers.
Amex offers also stack well with other shopping portals for great triple dipping, for example, Macy's 1x on my prg, 1,500 MR offer and 10x AA miles on their shopping portal spent about $200 for 2,000 AA miles and 1,700 MR points.

If they want to see what offers Amex has for them they can check them themselves. I don't see what point it is to post offers that most people won't be eligible for. If it were a standard offer then maybe. Even then these are like coupons and really not all that credit card related.
I, for one, am happy that you posted this. Checking my AMEX offers tends to be the last on my list of things to do, so these reminders help make me remember to check them and see what offers are out there. I have seen these posts before and most of the time I have the offers the OP is posting about, but would have missed signing up for the offer if I hadn't see the post.
Thanks again for posting!

Turn that Frogman frown upside down.
Last time I used an offer I needed an amex card and when I wanted to redeem an offer I had to use an amex card, so tell me frogman1, how is this not credit card related?

Agree about half the things we talk about in the CC section of the forum is SUBs or bonuses or what not and essentially this is coupon clipping as well as it is a "perk" to sign-up for a CC, etc..
With that said it fits here more than other parts of the forum and since I am one of the powers that be to decide where things reside, it will remain right here where I believe it should live and many previous AMEX posts in the past about MR bonuses, cash back, etc have always lived.
With that said I will lock the thread so we don't have a chance of any back-forth non-sense as was just an informational post for those that could use it.
Have a good day ![]()
