Maybe OP pulled a EQ via score watch maybe his EX is much higher as would justify a CSP. Maybe a score drop from the new accounts and the high usage reported. Did you see the 624 before acquiring all your new credit OP are after? seem as OP had these accounts then recently joined this forum and got the score. Welcome to the forum by the way
Found out the 624 after I have received all the new credit, I just signed up today.
Gardening means allow your current tradeline(s) time to grow. So if you're gardening no new tradelines of any type add to your credit report and/or hard pulls of any types this includes for credit limit increases. By gardening your accounts will age, inquiry will age and once you get your utilization under control your score will bounce back. Don't apply for credit with a very high utilization and a bunch of inquiry because you'll begin to look desperate and creditors are watching and can either close your account(s) or decrease you available credit limit. You don't want that. This is a very knowledge forum. Welcome aboard.

Yea I kinda figured that. If your Utility is high(over 30%) on any card then that can be a reason why your score is so low you can also take up to 5points each inquiry the new account will drop your score but it will rebound in a few months like the other poster said its time to garden you don't have to rush into another Amex card now as they backdate their products so when your ready to pull the trigger on another you will benefit from that. Look up Amex backdating you will find much info on that topic is these forums.
AAoA is average age of accounts. This average directly affects your FICO score. I don't know what $15/mo service you bought on this site but does it actually say FICO, with a range from 300-850?
Anyway, I would at least wait another month so your accounts are 6 months old. Also, I would get your utilization down to under 10% and make sure that's reported on your credit reports. If you are denied another Amex, it will only be a SP (soft pull) and will not affect your credit reports/FICO scores.
It would also depend on how you treated your Amex card, if you pay your balances in full and on time, etc. They also have an internal score on their existing cardholders that could make it easier/more difficult to obtain new lines of credit with them.
Welcome!
Chase pulled my TU, which is a lot higher than my others... This is probably why. At least at the time he applied most likely. I just got my CSP with the scores in my sig.
Also, Chase doesn't seem to be as big on scores as they are with decent credit history and on time payments. My utility is a little high as well. Something else they don't seem to have a big issue with.
I have never reconned with them for either cards (Freedom was last year. Instant approval. Score was much lower then.) My husband on the other hand app'd for Freedom last weekend, got the message, so I made him recon. The only thing they questioned was the amount of revolving accounts. He explained that he was an AU on one, and another was not a CC, but Regions Bank Ready Advance, which can show up like revolving. They were satisfied and approved for 2k. Even stayed on the line to answer any other questions we had about what he could do to make his credit report cleaner. Very nice customer service. Best so far that I have experienced!
Welcome to the forum there are many great posters here read, read, read and you will be amazed at what you learn here good luck.
Eeee! Yes! Welcome to the forum. Excuse my bad manners. These forums are incredible though. You do learn alot.
Thank you everyone, here's some more background as well..
I had a 654 credit score, from what Honda told me when I got my car in September, I am a student with a decently good job, roughly $24-$28k a year.
I app'd for the AMEX the day I got the car, as I had the offer in the mail.
Cards are as following:
AMEX Blue Cash Everyday $1500/$2000 CL
Chase Freedom $900/$1500 CL
Chase Sapphire $2000/$5000 CL
Bank of America Student CC $450/$700 limit
I have no student loans, I only have a Lease from Honda at $221 a month and I'm financing something for my mother at $106 a month ($2800 overall)
No missed payments, longest credit account is 2 years, 10 months old which is the Bank of America card (first one when I turned 19)
