At least y'all problem isn't that bad compared to mine. Mine is much worse! Although the link is actually there, I cannot submit a credit line increase on their website. This has been going on for the past 2 months. They've submitted over 6 IT tickets and nothing could get it resolved. The worst part of it is, calling in to request it over the phone with an agent yields the same result. So you guessed that right - they have no fix for their own problem. Yes my cards are all eligible and have been open for almost 2 yrs plus I been a member for more than 7yrs. They should have left everything the way it was, why fix something when it's not broken especially when you know you don't have the competency to execute a smooth system upgrade. I doubt they even have an IT department. It's horrible...

I don't expect anything from them.
My experience with them has been that they are totally indifferent to problems with their website. Bringing it to their attention is a waste of breath. Witness, e.g., their balance transfer program, which appears not to have been updated in 15 years, and which is totally absurd.

I believe an intelligent intern would have done a much better job.
More likely it was the work of a room full of monkeys with keyboards.

I don't mind upgrades, just make sure its implemented properly. Beta test it prior to deployment. I hate finding kinks in the armour of my go-to institute.
