New Years Resolution: Garden mode!

So my new year's resolution is garden, garden, garden. No apping for anything that will or even might result in HP, including CLI's.

Its going to be hard, but my arsenal of cards is perfect IMO (actually, I could close a few but they are all no AF, except Amex Green, so why bother). I have no need to apply for anything.

I am graduating from graduate school in May with ~$65,000 student loan debt so I need to make sure that I am in tip-top financial shape so I can get these loans consolidated and payed down soon because I'd like to buy a house within 2-3 years.

Re: New Years Resolution: Garden mode!

You're in really great shape, can't imagine what you would be apping for.  Your student loan will be handful, love your plan to lay low until you have a managed plan in place for those.  Good luck to you, you have a very bright future, just don't bury yourself in debt and life will be very good for you.
