Amex cards grow quickly.  You can get your first CLI after 60 days of applying.  And then another one in 6 months.

^^^^ Thanks ill most likely apply to the amex but sill leaves me with the other choice? is there times where they have better sing up bonus?

There is no specific time.  But wait on the Chase Freedom as there is rumor out there Chase will be rolling out the $200 offer again on the Freedom card next month.

I was going to suggest BCE too, particuarly when you said deals. I have $200-$300 from Amex deals since April when I started paying attention. The good ones seem to come in spurts.

You don't have to wait 60 days. You may WANT to to show use/history, but the 60 day rule is gone, isn't it? 

I've been very happy with AmEx.
