16.65% (cash rewards-she said this is for the first yr and I can call after to get it lowered) and 17.99% for the navcheck (my nrewards is lower at 15.99% and at the time I had a score in the high 400s--odd bc she said apr is based on score and my score when they pulled was 90 points higher)

Result on my EQ score after the 2 inq is I gained 1 point LOL (must be the paid C/O from 2005 that updated to a $0 balance)
