I opened my BofA cash rewards card in July. I have yet to see the luv button. I always have a balance on this card so I'm guessing that might be the reason. It's my primary card and I use it regularly so even when I pay it off the balance goes right back up. I'm sure this is why I've never gotten a BT offer.
I just paid it off and I'm going to leave it at a zero balance for a while to see if I can get it to trigger the luv button. Does anyone else have any other suggestions for how I can get it to pop up?

I can’t say for BTs, but for the longest while the CLI button wouldn’t appear for my BoA Premium Rewards card. I eventually did some research and saw a few posts from cardholders who had luck after a year had passed since opening the account. Sure enough, it did appear around my card anniversary, and I got a $12,000 CLI with a SP. The button has also been gone since then as well.
My bt offers have been gone for over a year.

Not sure when the luv button appears initially (after 1 year we'll go with), but it might appear again 91 days after requesting one through the luv button. So after a year it shows up, request an very high number. Put your income in as the requested CLI, but not over a 99K CL. You're likely to get a counter CL that will be your maximum, at least for a while when you request later down the road.
It might appear 91 days again after that, but if you shoot high the first time, you probably won't get another CLI for a while so ignore it until a later time lol.
I'm approaching my 91 days since last CLI on 4/15. I'll give your recommendation of income as CL a shot. WIll report back. Thanks!

You can even just put in 99K for the CLI and you'll likely get their "best offer" as a counter offer. I think 99K is their highest non business account CL they'll give in most cases.
