No option to pay newly approved PenFed PCR?

HI,

I activated my card and made some transactions and want to pay beofer the end of the month so I show a zero balance.....no "make a payment" button on my credit card like my CLOC, PLOC, and former car loan.

Am I missing something?

Go inside a branch and pay or simply mail a payment even though your statement hasn't cut yet. Simple.

Probably.  My guess is that the transactions are still pending?  If they haven't cleared, you probably won't be able to make a payment.  Give it another day or two and they will probably go final.

I broke down and contacted them and they said yes please let your first statement be issued before making any payment.

I pushed a payment to them from my bank before the first statement cut. Ended up with a .01 credit.

^ this.  If you don't want to wait for your statement to cut you can also push a payment from your bank account.

I had this same issue where on the desktop site I was not able to make a payment but could through the mobile app. You could also do as others suggested and push from your bank.

Remember PenFed has that weird deal with verifying your external bank accounts as well. If you haven't completed this process, your external bank account won't show up if you're attempting a pull payment

I was able to pay through the app!!

I always forget about pushing payments becauase I only do it about once a year.
