Nordstrom Credit Card Executive Office Contact Information

My wife and I are in a fairly nasty dispute with them regarding a late payment. They say it was, we know for a fact it wasn't. That is besides the point. We have gotten nowhere with this and since we are really good customers we want to send them a letter asking them to drop the late report on her credit. How would we go about contacting them for this?

Problem is that I think the lender can look at when the payment was received on their end and it is their call whether that is late. I seem to remember a few other situations on here where a myfico member made a card payment and there was a delay in it going through on the other bank's end. If they didn't receive it in time, they didn't receive it. I'm sorry it happened, OP.
