Re: Not able to recon CLI request initiated with Chase EO

I requested a CLI on my CSP card last week. I was at $10k and requested $20k. Reason for request was to keep my avg util low (since I put $6k and $5k respectively on my card in the past two months, both PIF). Was approved for $16k and accepted. That gives me $3200 to keep <20% on that card.

I noticed a HP on my EQ and TU reports the same day.

Limits: PRG=NPSL, CSP=$16k, BCP=$30k, DIT=$15k, USAA=$6k, CDW=$12.5k, IHG=$9k, BBY=$2k, BOA=$13k

Congrats!

I certainly expected a HP, and was told by the EO that they pulled my TU report... Almost 2 weeks later now and no HP. Add in the letter I received which was addressed to someone other than myself...

What, if anything do I do now?

Strange update....

So I received a letter from the EO explaining the denial, but they printed the wrong first name (right last name) on the letter and envelope. I still have not received a HP (bought a new FICO report yesterday) on my report, yet the letter states that they obtained a report from TU to make their decision...

Question is did they pull someone else's report? Do I need to call them to let them know?

Just go through the reconsideration/UW analyst channel instead of the EO.  All the EO does is forward the request to UW, the EO does not make the decision.  More than likely the letter has a reference # which can be accessed by the analyst wich is tied/linked to your account and the request itself.
