try secured loan $250 with Regions has hard pull, Navy Federal does not pull, no denial I've seen
I am not eligible for Navy Federal.
How would the $250 secured loan help me? I already have a car loan, a small personal loan $1900, and student loans.

You've got plenty of accounts at the moment to build a thick file up. Your best asset now will be time and paying your current balances down. Join us in the garden for a bit longer and let your AAoA build up and your BK age. You're on the right track, but opening more cards at the moment isn't going to be beneficial to your profile. Concentrate on growing Discover and your CU cards, as they will be keepers moving forward. Once your scores move up and your BK is over 5 years old, you'll start seeing some doors open for better offers and you can start trimming back on the store accounts. (They will still be positive history on your reports for a decade after closing, so no need to hold onto them unless you're getting useful special offers from them.) Hold onto them for now as they help with your utilization at this time. Let the CL from more fruitful cards replace store cards as you acquire them.
Thank you
