OPT-OUT CRA Feature

Does anyone know or can help me understand the following. First, when you "opt-out" will your current CCCs still be able to do "account reviews" via soft inquiries? Secondly, will current CCCs be able to still offer you special offers when you "opt-out"? Or does it block them as well? Many thanks-

Yes current CCCs can still do ARs. Even current CCCs also aren't supposed to be able to send special offers if you are opted out.
