Odd question about the Venture One

This is kind of bugging me so I thought I'd ask. So I just PC'd one of my QS1 cards to the Venture One. Got it in the mail today and all my information is on the front. Of all the new chip Venture and Venture One cards I have seen, none have any information but the cardholder's name on the front. Everything is on the back. Just talked to Cap One via chat and the rep said this is normal. Any ideas? Only reason I'm asking is because I like how these cards have the CC number and other info on the back.

is it a visa sig card?

It's a Mastercard because of the PC. Maybe that's the reason? I just figured they'd stamp the MC logo on the back in place of the Visa.

I have a Venture Visa Sig and all that's on the front is the Venture logo and my name. Everything else is on the back. I like it.

Is it a world mastercard? If its a platinum ventureone, is the card gold?

They wont do visa to mc or mc to visa changes

I know that they can't change from MC to Visa. It's not a World, Limit is just under 5k and they said they could not change it to World. It's not the Gold card, I believe that is the color of the pre-chip cards. This one looks identical to the new Venture card, except has One underneath Venture and has a slightly lighter blue color. The odd thing is, unlike all the other cards I have seen, all my information is on the front of the card instead of the back.. Other than that my card is identical to the other Venture and Venture Ones that I see.

Maybe putting everything on the back starts at the WMC/Visa Sig levels? I just received my Venture One today and everything is on the back. It's a visa signature card.

Possibly. Appreciate the help everyone. I called Cap One just to see what another person would say and the answer I keep getting is that all the Venture and Venture One cards are like this. Obviously that's not the case, but I'll live with it. It's not a huge deal. Like I said, I just liked how the info is normally on the back.
