Seen lots of posts about Product Change current cards, and Citi saying no. I logged in Citi site to pay my DC ( DC limit $17000 & Simplity limit $17300). I received a popup to change Simplicity to Custom Cash, just accept offer, which i did, card coming in 7 days, same card number, APR- 13.49%, and limit of $17300. Email came thru, validating, and i called them. Will see if anything changes when card gets here.
I am shocked as i rarely and i mean rarely use Simplicity and it only been in my wallet about 4 years or so was planning to dump it for Wells Fargo Active, as Simplicity card serves no purpose i used it as a BT 4 years ago. DC i use a lot had it since 2009, and i love it. 
Anyone else get this today. Seems very odd.
Citi was only saying no if you tired to product change from dc to cc. All the other cards worked. Congrats on your pc. It's fairly new for me but I am liking this card.
