Optimal number of Credit Cards for Perfect Fico Score?

My Fico scores are barely above 800 for all three bureaus
I would like to get to 830+ in the next 5-10 years
I have noticed some of the moderators here has near perfect Fico scores
Whats your Secret?
I have 8 Credit Cards
I don't know if I should stop here or get a few more in the future

The secret is to keep doing what you're doing. You don't get to 850 without time.

The secret is to keep doing what you're doing. You don't get to 850 without time.

And for financial purposes 800+ is fine, you don't get better rates by getting to 830 or 850.   Just bragging rights, if you find someone who would care!   (OK, also gives you more margin, you can app more without getting your beow the 800 level)

I don't think you can get over the 830 threshold if you don't eat meat. I think I read that on here. Only kidding, I just saw your name. I think you are doing everything correctly, you just need more time.

Hey, I'm a vegan with scores in the 840's.    It's probably getting the actual 850 that requires you ingest chunks of the body of a dead animal.
