Orchard Bank EO contact?

I'm interested in killing my Orchard Bank card, in large part because of the $79 annual fee.  Is there a good contact where I could call them and see if that could be waived...I'd like to keep it open with no balance sice its an old card, but not with an annual fee.  I realize they're transitioning to C1 soon, so not sure who I should be calling.  My AF is scheduled to hit on the July 12 statement.

Idk about now but my DH got his waived an APR reduced a few months ago.

I sent an email to the Cap 1 EO on Tuesday afternoon regarding my Orchard Card.  Within two hours someone from the EO called me and was very nice about deleting the Annual Fee for this year and years going forward.  She was very pleasant and helpful.
