So I got a letter in the mail from Orchard Bank and said that my secured card has now been graduated to unsecured. I had $300 limit on it. From what everyone was saying here I didn't think it was possible! I had the card for a little over a year. I just always used it. Can wait to get my $300 back!
So FYI - Orchard Bank cards do graduate and don't let people tell you otherwise.
