Orchard Bank

[Frustrated]

I have had my Orchand Bank card for about a year and I have never paid late and I always pay more than the minimum due.  I have a credit limit of $300 but I can't seem to get them to give me more.  Has anyone else had any experience with getting your CL raised with them.

Just call and ask. I called and recieved my CLI from $300-$500, and I only had the card for six month so there is hope.

It's who you talk too over there. My advice to you is to explain to th CSR that you spoke to many rep's and they didn't not help you with your request.

You need to speak to someone that will assist you if they can't do it either.

Ask for someone in the credit department or an account manager.

All but 1 of my increases were automatic. The 1 time I did request a cli I was charged a $20 fee, got a $250 cli

Well I just called and they gave me a $100 cli.  Yeah!

I called and they gave me $100 increase for a $10 fee. Now have $600 CL

All of mine have been autos. Maybe i'll call and ask for another soon.

i think im going to call in a few months and ask for a CLI, right now i have a CL of 300.
