I don't know about Orchard, but I had good luck with the BOA secured card.  They upgraded to a non-secured and gave me a CLI after about 7 months.  Maybe you should try that one instead?  I don't know if it helped any that I have BOA checking and savings though...

They tell you that it can be changed to an unsecured card, but I have yet to meet someone that has been able to have it converted.

Thanks for the BOA recomendation,  I think I'll just stick with the other three that I have for now since they are pretty descent and unsecured.  Besides, do I really need more than three?
