Orchard not reporting?

I have a secured Orchard card opened several months ago that has been reporting regularly with no problem. I opened an unsecured Orchard card for my husband in December, but it's not on either of his credit reports yet. It has been used and paid off already. Any ideas why?

its depends on when they send in their updates, and then when the bureau decides to update their records.  if you do do not see it after 2 months, i would give them a call and ask whats up.
