PC Cap One green AF to Quicksilver with no AF

Has anyone been able to do this? I just called them and they said there was no option to remove the annual fee without applying for a new card.

Current Score: MyFico - EX:666 EQ:675 TU:658 (9/19/13) ; PSECU EX:711 (12/11/13); Walmart TU:696 (12/2/13)

It's the same card so contact EO ask them to waived AF for life and PC to quicksilver along with a big CLI

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
