sorry, i was just wondering that for the cards that you PC to, do you just waste their intros? say in the future you pc to another before applying for the card you PCed from
i just thought once you have the card you are no longer able to receive intro bonuses for the same card again
Still not quite sure what you are asking (if the bolded word was "to" I would understand more!) but the basic rules:
1) PC from A to B. Unless it is a special offer (like Amex upgrades) there will be no SUB for B on this transaction.
2) Eventually close or PC B, and at some point apply for B again (non PC this time). Then issuer, card and time dependent. Citi and Chase might put time limits on either how long it is since you had B, or how long since you got a SUB for B or its family. Others might, as you suggest, say no bonus as you have already had the card, even though you didn't get a bonus before.
