PENFED CLI 90 day question

I was approved for my card in April 2016.    I transfered all of my other card balances to this card since it has a highest limit.  I've been using it a little and also paying it down A LOT.    Usually $200-$300 payments every 2 weeks.

I will still have a running balance on it when its time for my 90 day CLI.  My utilization will be around 10-15%.

Do you have to have a "0" balance to apply for a CLI?   I see a lot of people use it and PIF, but my usage was different.  I used it for a BT and am paying it down.

What do you think my chances are for a 90 day CLI approval?

No it doesn't have to be $0 when you request cli. Your chances for cli depends on your entire profile. They consider dti, new accounts, balances, baddies, everything. Not just your payment and usage history with them. Good luck to you. Smiley Happy

The whole profile is considered as mentioned above. It's never a guarantee though. They may use another HP also even if it's within the 90 day period from your last HP.
