PFCU Promise Visa - BT Question

If you have used the Promise Visa for balance transfers (BTs), I'd appreciate your help with the following Qs:

1. Does PF allow multiple BTs on the same card (e.g., BT from Card A in Feb 2020 and BT from Card B in April 2020)?
2. If you've done this, any issues with interest charges (maintainng the 4.99% rate)?
3. Any issues paying off the oldest BT before the newest BT?

I've had the Promise card before and there are no issues with doing multiple BTs at the same time.  Not sure how they handle the payment allocation because when I did use them for a BT it was done on 2 cards at the same time so the balances were running together.  Maybe someone else can chime in on how the payments are handled.
