Pay pal credit

Just got approved with a 2900 starting limit. I know that it is a hidden tradeline. Do you guys know if they do recon? Can i request for an increase onlind?

To my knowledge, you cant request increase. Unless given auto increase i think the only other way is to purchase over your limit and they may let you keep that line if approved. Congrats on your approval!

No, you can't recon the limit.  $2900 is a good starting limit with them.  They will do periodic CLIs to your account as it ages and often you can get them to raise the limit by purchasing something for an amount over your available credit and see if they up it then.

I started out at $450, and in less than 12 months it's at $5,000 on a student's income. If I can do that with low income, people who actually work full time will get a lot more.

It depends on how they view a profile, your 10x increase in 12 months is not necessarily par for the course, regardless of income...had the account for 7-8 years it took that long to get from (3>5k) with avg CLs in the 30-40s.
