Paypal Smart Connection - 2-1 Airline ticket deal

Anyone else get this deal? Spend 250 or so in the next month and you get a buy one get one airline ticket (round trip I believe). On second ticket you still pay fees and taxes.

Good deal? I spend this much through the card a lot. I might add I do put a lot of usage into this card. Not sure if that made me qualify for this or if its mass sent out.

I have gotten this offer on Ebay Mastercard before... I believe once you qualify they send you a certificate and it has a number to call to book the travel or something... I forget exactly but it worked.

I have seen one of those long back, and found that useless. They wanted me to buy full fare tickets and pay the taxes / surcharges on second ticket. I was able to just buy 2 tickets on expedia much cheaper than 1 with their offer.

Even yesterday, I got a similar offer for british airways saying your companion flies free and the qualifying fares are so expensive.

I hope what you are getting is better than what I did.
